LAS VEGAS – June 24, 2019 – Global leader in large-scale cloud-based contact center technology, Content Guru Inc., today announced it will join forces with Japanese electronic commerce company Rakuten, Inc. at Customer Contact Week (CCW) in Las Vegas, Nev., to showcase how intelligent automation is used to deliver superior Customer Engagement and Experience.
CCW, which this year is celebrating its twentieth anniversary, is the foremost conference and expo for CX, contact center and customer care professionals. Content Guru will be located in stand #1102 at the Las Vegas event, which takes place June 24 – 28, 2019, at The Mirage Hotel.
Content Guru will exhibit at the event joined by “the Amazon of Japan,” Rakuten. Content Guru will host a workshop on Tuesday, June 25, titled “Next Generation Omni-Channel Contact Center: AI, NLP, Web Chat & Chatbots,” which will be led by Deputy CEO Martin Taylor. At the center of this discussion will be how Content Guru utilizes intelligent automation through storm to enable organizations to provide high-quality customer service.
