The 12th annual Ventana Research Digital Innovation Awards recognises vendors that have introduced noteworthy innovations in technology that advance business and IT. Content Guru has been named as a finalist in the “Customer Excellence” category for storm® SPEAK™:ASR, its Automated Speech Recognition (ASR) module, powered by AI toolset brain®.
This is the first time the company has been shortlisted for these awards, demonstrating its continuing success in enabling organisations to provide superior Customer Engagement and Experience.
Content Guru’s SPEAK™:ASR module is overlaid with Natural Language Processing (NLP), a form of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that analyses natural, unstructured dialogue to draw contextual meaning and understand language the way humans do. This is used to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for both contact centre agents and customers.
