On the 20th June 2019, Content Guru will be hosting its annual Cloud Contact Centre Forum, a roundtable discussion and private-dining event for contact centre leaders.


This year’s Cloud Contact Centre Forum will be held at Alyn Williams at The Westbury, a Michelin-Starred fine dining establishment in the heart of Mayfair.

Running from 12.00pm – 3.00pm, on Thursday 20th June 2019, the forum will take the form of a three course luncheon, with a champagne reception, round-table discussion, and informative talk given by Sam Fuller of UK Power Networks.




This year’s discussion, hosted by CEO of Content Guru, Sean Taylor, will focus on the topic:
